Adidas to Release Predator Precision David Beckham Boots in 2019 - Here's What We Know

A while ago info surfaced online stating that Adidas was set to launch several more Predator remakes dedicated to David Beckham and Zinedine Zidane next year.

Whilst no details on the colorways was revealed, we got to know that Beckham's boots would be based on the Predator Precision.

Whereas we've seen lots of different Predator Accelerator re-release recently, the Precision was brought back only once, last September in the blue grey colorway.

The official name, which includes Beckham's initials, suggests that, unlike most previous remakes, these will either be inspired by one of the England legend's signature boots or, similar to the Predator Accelerator Beckham boots that dropped late last year, offer a modern take on the classic model.

Thanks to a picture floating around on Instagram we know that the official colorway is 'White / Silver / Red' - the same as worn by Beckham when he scored his famous freekick goal at Greece.

Interesting enough, a boot exactly matching that colorway description featured in the PES 2019 announcement trailer and was later stated to be 'exclusive to the game' by Konami. Said boots, as you can see below, feature the same model as the Beckham boots that released in late 2017.

To sum it up, we'll see Adidas release a Predator Precision dedicated to David Beckham and inspired by his famous Greece freekick in February 2019. They will either be the boots seen in the PES 2019 trailer or a remake more similar to the original from 2001. We rate the second option as the more likely one.

In addition to the Beckham and Zidane Predator remakes, there will also be a Predator 19+ dedicated to both legends releasing at the same time.
